The award came after Haven Tower created a campaign to boost Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. The goal was to allow Gerber Kawasaki to better serve investors, align the firm’s work with its core values and ensure its public profile reflected its homebase of Los Angeles – one of the most diverse metro areas in the country.

Mr. Dugan has served as the lead account manager for the firm’s relationship with Gerber Kawasaki since 2013, while Mr. Manning has served as the co-lead for the account since 2019.
Spotlighting DEI Success
Haven Tower’s work on behalf of Gerber Kawasaki included generating media opportunities for professionals beyond founder and CEO Ross Gerber – many of whom represent demographic groups traditionally neglected by financial services, including minorities, women, millennials and the LBGT community.
